The service is operated on autonomous dedicated infrastructure with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest.

3. Intellectual Property & Free Software

Gitliberty is built entirely on free software (Forgejo, Linux). Hosted repositories remain the sole property of their respective creators under their chosen free licenses.
